1. Candidates securing 80% marks & above in aggregate and 60% marks in Mathematics and Science subjects separately are eligible for admission without selection test.
2.  Candidates securing 45% marks in aggregate i.e. 2nd Division but below the eligibility marks are to appear selection test.
3. Admission shall be made strictly on merit basis. Merit shall be determined on the basis of:
   a) 5% marks of the H.S.L.C Examination.
   b) 50% from the candidate’s performances in the admission test.
   c) Personal interview along with the guardians.
4.  Subjects for the admission test : General English, Science and Mathematics.
5.  A candidates must qualify the admission test with a certain minimum of marks specified by the admission Board, failing which he/she shall not be selected under any circumstances.
